How long will the delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping can take 2-3 business days. International orders may take longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Can I refund?

We offer a 7-day return guarantee and will deduct or waive handling and shipping fees from the refund, depending on the reason for return or the condition of the product. We accept returns and refunds in the following situations:

  • ✅The delivered goods do not match the items listed in the order.
  • ✅Non-human-caused damage, defects and production quality issues
  • ❌Product lost such as lost during package delivery or accidental loss.
  • ❌I do not want it anymore

Precautions:

  • ⚠️Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted after this period.

  • ⚠️The product and packaging must be in their original condition as sold, with all accessories included, including: an unused product warranty card and registration card *if the product includes*.

  • ⚠️When returning the item, please be sure to send the delivery note or order together with the item; otherwise, we will be unable to process your return or exchange.

  • ⚠️For returns not due to product quality issues or incorrect delivery arrangements, the returnee must bear all shipping costs incurred throughout the entire purchase process. The final refund amount will be the net value of the goods. (If the order was originally exempt from shipping fees, the final refund amount will be the price of the goods minus the relevant shipping costs.)

  • ⚠️Once the refund is confirmed, it will generally be returned to your payment account within 30 business days. The actual time is based on the bank's business days.

  • ⚠️We reserve the right to make the final decision on return and exchange requests.

Can I make changes to an order?
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, changes cannot be made. However, if the order has not yet shipped, you may contact us immediately to cancel and place a new order. For any changes or cancellations, please email us at softgunspro@gmail.com with your order details.
